Do you want a fun and rewarding part time job that gets you involved with your local community? Look no further! Mustang Transportation, a leading provider of transportation services, is seeking dedicated and caring individuals to join our team as Charter Bus Drivers starting right away.


Job Description:
As a Charter Bus Driver at Mustang Transportation, you will play a vital role in safely transporting passengers to and from their events. Your commitment to providing exceptional service, combined with your strong communication skills and affinity for working with people, will make a positive impact on the lives of the people we serve.


Part-Time Position: Trips vary between daytime,evenings and overnight trips with local sports teams, wedding guest transport, and other parties.


Compensation:Pay is per trip and determined by the duration of the trip. Single day trips can range anywhere from $100-$200 per trip. Most of the time the trips go from late afternoon to mid evening. If it is a longer overnight trip we pay $250 per daywith a per diem as well.


Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a charter bus following designated routes and schedules.
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of passengers during transportation
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly bus interior.
  • Communicate effectively with all passengers and group leadership
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in optimal condition.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and exceptional customer service at all times.


Qualifications:

  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with proper endorsements (training may be provided).
  • Excellent driving record with no history of major violations or accidents.
  • Strong commitment to safety and ability to prioritize the well-being of passengers.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with passengers and administration.
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Must be available for charter trips that can be several days at a time.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
