McCartney Produce, a FreshEdge LLC company, is hiring Endorsement - F, CDL B, or CDL A Local & Regional Reefer Drivers in Paris, TN. Drivers will haul fresh fruits and vegetables to valued partners with the goal of feeding the Midwest. Compensation
  • Average annual salary is $45,000-$70,000 or more per year; approximately $900-$1,400 per week, which includes: $125 for each overnight layover
  • Scheduled annual increases
  • Work 55-65 hours per week
  • Weekly paychecks

Referral Bonus:
You will receive a referral fee of $375.00 after the referred employee completes ninety (90) days of employment. An additional referral fee of $375.00 will be paid after the referred employee completes one hundred eighty (180) days of employment.
Responsibilities
  • Good attendance and punctuality.
  • Pre and post trip inspection of vehicle.
  • Make customer deliveries according to route plan.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Must be able to operates vehicle safely within company guidelines minimizing accidents, traffic violations and complaints from the public.
  • Review paperwork for accuracy, checking orders for correct number of pallets/cases.
  • Entering trip data into on-board computer.
  • Complying with FMCSA regulations.
