The team will manage and enhance multiple SharePoint applications and provide guidance and support to teams with their own SharePoint or PowerPlatform development efforts.

About the Role:

To provide support for SharePoint site and applications in specified business areas related to the investment management industry. Responsibilities of the Role: Complete all tasks related to building and unit testing, quality assurance, system test and implementation in accordance with the software development life cycle Build and test sites and web parts Always conform to documentation, coding and quality standards as defined Review, discuss and work within agreed timescales and feedback to scrum masters / product owners any variances arising as tasks are performed Prepare for and support user acceptance testing Perform quality assurance reviews on the work of other developers Prepare all necessary documentation and processes to enable content owners are able to support their sites Communicate with internal and external customers, supervisors and management using clear, user-friendly terminology (emails, phone, meetings) Assist scrum masters and line managers in producing estimates for the development phase of stories and enhancements Third tier support escalation as required Assist with small enhancements on supported sites or applications from time to time Contribute to the execution of the Microsoft 365 service strategy, helping ensure platform capabilities, security controls, and compliance requirements align with business needs and enterprise technology design principles Administer and support core Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, and related collaboration and productivity capabilities Requirements of the Role: Two to three years of development experience on SharePoint Online or PowerAutomate Experience with Admin Center a plus Knowledge related to administrative support such as ShareGate or PowerShell is preferred Experience with XML, web services, .NET, JSON, CSS a plus Full Time / Part Time Full time Worker Type Employee Job Exempt (Yes / No) Yes Workplace Model Pursuant to Invesco's Workplace Policy, employees are expected to comply with the firm's most current workplace model, which as of October 1, 2025, includes spending at least four full days each week working in an Invesco office.
