Do DOT workers get drug tested?

Does sertraline show up on a drug test?

Sertraline, an antidepressant, typically does not show up on standard drug tests such as urine screenings used in part-time drug testing jobs. Employers usually focus on substances like opioids, THC, amphetamines, and benzodiazepines during routine screenings.

How to become a drug tester for DOT?

To become a DOT drug tester, you need to complete a DOT-certified training program and obtain certification through a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) or a qualified testing organization.
