Mercedes-Benz of Burlington, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is searching for a Part-Time Receptionist. We're looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, and eager to make every customer feel like a VIP. Whether you're looking to start your journey in the automotive world or want a role where you can shine, we are can't wait to hear from you!
Pay Rate: $18/hr.
Schedules: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 12pm-7pm or
Tuesday, Thursday 12pm-7pm & Friday 12pm-6pm
*Flexibility for additional hours is a plus*
In this role you will:
  • Answer a multi-line phone system in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process payments for customers in a friendly, professional manner including, but not limited to, cash, credit card transactions and issue receipts
  • Balance cash register and record in daily log
  • Scan/file documents
  • Mail distribution
  • Back up for barista when needed
  • Other tasks assigned by the management team
