Position Summary

The Sales Support role supports the sales team by managing renewals, preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency, data accuracy, and responsiveness across the sales lifecycle.


Position Details

Hours: 1620 hours per week

Compensation: $22$25 per hour, based on experience


Renewals & Customer Retention

  • Track upcoming renewals and notify Account Managers proactively
  • Assist in preparing renewal quotes and documentation
  • Follow up on renewal status and maintain accurate tracking


Quoting & Product Support

  • Build and update customer quotes for hardware, software, and services
  • Work with vendors and distributors to obtain pricing and availability
  • Ensure quotes align with customer standards and margin targets


Order Processing

  • Convert accepted quotes into orders
  • Coordinate order entry with distributors and vendors
  • Track order status, shipping, and delivery timelines
  • Resolve order issues such as delays or discrepancies


Customer Data & Systems

  • Maintain customer records, pricing standards, and configurations
  • Support upkeep of customer purchasing standards or store
  • Ensure CRM (e.g., HubSpot) is accurate and up-to-date


Customer & Sales Support
