What You'll Do:

You will coordinate the dispatch of emergency roadside services (ERS) to our customers through our outside vendors, playing a key role during time-sensitive situations. You will ensure the highest level of customer service is provided by tracking ERS calls, communicating clearly with customers and vendors, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs. Depending on location, this may include dispatching a tow truck or replacement vehicle and preparing and compiling reports to support operational performance.

What We're Looking For:

Valid Driver's License
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, service-focused environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Word)
Willingness to work near a mechanical shop with moderate noise
Flexibility to work all shifts
Must be able to continuously sit, talk, hear/listen and type
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
6 months dispatcher, logistics, or coordination experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
