Dispatcher | Weekends (Day &Night), TUE, FRI | Part-Time

Our Dispatchers are an integral part of daily operations ensuring shuttles are dispatched in a timely manner to meet our service levels between the parking facility and airport. If you share our values for team, people, and service, we encourage you to apply with us! 


Pay Rate: $21 per hour with regular bonus opportunities

Key Responsibilities of Dispatchers:

  • Greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner
  • Dispatch shuttles and maintain ample coverage at the parking facility and airport
  • Ensure targets are met through proper movement of shuttles
  • Maintain neat and clean work area 
  • Cooperate with and communicate effectively to all team members to ensure the best possible service and efficient operations
  • May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management
  • Provide guests with accurate information as it relates to the parking facility and airport terminals 
  • Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience of Dispatchers:

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Good interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities
  • Previous dispatch, cashier, and/or customer service experience is preferred
  • Basic math and computer skills 
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language for safety purposes
