In this role, you will:

  • Ensure the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware
  • Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, soda fountain, stainess steel surfaces, etc.
  • Sweep and mop floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled
  • Follow the Health, Safety and Environment policies, procedures and mandatory instructions
  • Take out the trash and break down cardboard, cleaning garbage receptacles when necessary
  • Support other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed

  • Must be willing at times to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, holidays
