Position Summary
Extreme Government Solutions is seeking a part-time Developer to support a potential federal client-facing digital learning and web content project. This role will assist with developing, updating, maintaining, testing, and troubleshooting web-based training, digital content, learning assets, and related technical deliverables.
This is a contingent position. Work will begin only if the company is awarded the contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain web-based content, learning modules, landing pages, and digital training assets.
- Support front-end and back-end development tasks as needed.
- Ensure digital products are functional, responsive, user-friendly, and compatible across commonly used browsers and devices.
- Work with UX/UI, multimedia, analytics, and security team members to support integrated project delivery.
- Assist with quality control, testing, debugging, and version updates.
- Support accessibility requirements, including Section 508 and WCAG-aligned practices.
- Maintain clean documentation of development changes, testing results, and technical issues.
- Respond to project manager direction and meet established deadlines for assigned deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience developing or maintaining websites, web applications, digital training content, or learning management system content.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and common web development tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and document resolutions.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards, responsive design, and quality assurance testing.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting government, healthcare, veteran, education, or training-related projects.
- Experience with learning management systems, SCORM/xAPI, web-based training, or digital course development.
- Familiarity with Section 508 compliance testing tools and remediation practices.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including instructional designers, multimedia specialists, and security personnel.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead user experience and interface design for web-based training, digital content, and related project deliverables.
- Create or refine wireframes, layouts, mockups, user flows, navigation structures, and interface recommendations.
- Ensure designs are user-centered, accessible, responsive, and aligned with project requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, multimedia staff, analytics staff, and project leadership to deliver high-quality digital products.
- Review digital content for usability, readability, visual consistency, and ease of navigation.
- Support Section 508 and WCAG-aligned accessibility requirements.
- Recommend design improvements based on user needs, project goals, feedback, and analytics.
- Maintain design documentation, style guidance, and interface standards as needed.
Minimum Qualifications

Position Summary
Extreme Government Solutions is seeking a part-time Multimedia Lead to support a potential federal client-facing digital learning and web content project. This role will support the planning, production, editing, formatting, and quality control of multimedia assets such as videos, graphics, animations, audio, presentations, and digital course materials.
This is a contingent position. Work will begin only if the company is awarded the contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support production of multimedia assets for web-based training and digital learning products.
- Create, edit, or coordinate videos, graphics, images, audio files, motion graphics, presentations, and interactive media.
- Ensure multimedia products meet project standards for quality, branding, accessibility, and usability.
- Coordinate with developers, UX/UI staff, instructional support staff, analytics staff, and project leadership.
- Support editing of full-length and derivative media products as required by project needs.
- Prepare multimedia files in appropriate formats for web, learning platforms, and digital delivery.
- Support captioning, transcripts, audio quality, visual clarity, and Section 508 accessibility requirements.
- Track multimedia versions, production status, review comments, and final deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience creating, editing, or managing multimedia content for training, marketing, education, government, healthcare, or public-facing projects.
- Working knowledge of video editing, audio editing, graphic design, and digital file preparation.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Camtasia, Captivate, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, or similar software.
- Understanding of accessible multimedia practices, including captions, transcripts, alt text, and readable visual design.
- Ability to manage multiple media deliverables and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and file organization skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting federal, healthcare, veteran, education, or e-learning projects.
- Experience developing web-based training videos or course media.
- Familiarity with Section 508 multimedia compliance.
- Ability to work with subject matter experts and project managers to convert concepts into polished digital content.
