20-25 hours part time only

School Service is currently hiring School Bus Drivers to serve local school districts in transporting their special needs children to & from their schools using type A, C, & D school buses. We work a split shift which is great for students or anyone who enjoys down time during the day! Our routes are before and after schools so you can use that time in between your route to study, take a class, shop, clean your house, whatever your heart desires. PLUS all HOLIDAYS are off, just like the schools!. The routes are around the Rosemead & San Gabriel areas.

We are partnered with America's job centers who will provide free uniforms, shoes, work materials, gas allowances to you if employed. You'll complete their application and have an appointment with the School afterwards.  Must prove residency in Los Angeles County.

No experience needed, we train PLUS it's PAID at $16.50 per hr (behind the wheel, not classroom time) & once you receive your license and get your route you will start at $25.56 (depending upon experience) per hr. Requirements 21 yrs or older with a clean driving record and a clean background record. Class B certification is not paid.

Non-commercial drivers need 3 years of employment without gaps

Commercial drivers need 10 years of employment without gaps, plus you must register on FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) https://clearinghouse.fmcsa.dot.gov/register
