Job description

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have several labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Part-Time Delivery Driver opportunity at NDX Affinity located in Louisville, KY

The part-time hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and subject to change from time to time. 

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

  • Learn delivery route(s) as assigned
  • Provide daily deliveries and pick-ups as requested and assigned
  • Disinfect cases returned to lab
  • Represent the laboratory with courtesy, respect and focus
  • Advise appropriate lab contact with any office concerns, doctor communications, etc.
  • Clean work area (vehicle) daily
  • All other duties as assigned

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer service focused
  • Professional and neat in appearance
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • Required: Valid driver’s license and able to maintain an acceptable driving record
  • Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent

  • Company Automobile
  • Additional materials or equipment, as required
  • Personal protective equipment, as required

Physical Requirements:

  • Physical stamina to drive for extended periods of time
  • Regularly required to drive, sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel and/or reach
  • Repeatedly getting in and out of an automobile multiple times a day
  • Ability to read required documentation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Fine motor skills and ability to perform repetitive motions
  • Vision capabilities, including depth perception, attention to detail, and color
