Job description

Ron Bouchard's Acura of Auburn is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Inventory & Driver Associate to support our Sales, Parts, and Inventory teams. This position combines vehicle transportation with inventory preparation and dealership support.

Responsibilities

  • Transport vehicles to and from customers, auctions, body shops, the RMV, vendors, and other dealership locations throughout New England.
  • Pick up and deliver automotive parts.
  • Photograph new and pre-owned vehicles for online inventory.
  • Apply stock numbers, window stickers, and pricing labels to inventory.
  • Maintain the appearance and organization of the dealership lot.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage before and after transport.
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for display or delivery.
  • Complete required paperwork and obtain necessary signatures.
  • Represent the dealership professionally with customers and vendors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must meet dealership insurance requirements.
  • Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles; manual transmission experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work outdoors and perform light physical work.
