Custodial - Part-time Days

Part-Time Mornings - Custodian - Saginaw, MI. DRIVERS LICENSES are required, and you MUST be capable of commuting between locations using our transportation!

We need reliable, dependable, and detail-orientated workers. This position starts at $14.00/hour and negotiable based on experience with weekly pay.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age with a Valid Driver's license
  • Excellent attendance & reliable transportation
  • Pass a background and reference check
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a healthy and clean environment using approved methods, chemicals & tools.
  • Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
  • Operate floor equipment such as auto floor scrubbers and vacuums.
  • General cleaning of floors, furniture, windows, windowsills, and walls.
  • Stocking with complete cleaning/sanitation of restrooms, break rooms & janitor closets.
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor
