Behavior Technician
We seek Behavior Technicians for our Boylston and Fitchburg offices. Are you a positive individual who has an eagerness to learn new skills and work in a purpose driven environment? We at Homebase Behavior Consulting encourage you to explore a position with us. We are a growing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) agency providing programs for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The Behavior Technician will observe, record data, and complete client session notes while supporting and monitoring client progress. As a Behavior Technician you will work 1:1 with clients in a team based environment, and receive paid training, guidance and coaching from Board Certified Behavior Analysts. We provide comprehensive training in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), a scientific approach to understanding behavior.
