This position plays an important role in ensuring accurate administrative support, excellent customer service, and efficient office operations within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.

  • Greet residents, family members, visitors, and vendors.

  • Assist with resident trust accounts and basic financial transactions.

  • Support billing, accounts receivable, and insurance verification processes.

  • Maintain accurate resident and business office records.

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
