Job description

Bachoco USA is seeking a Part-time Benefits Coordinator in our Fort Smith, AR Central Offices. 
 
Summary: Answers employees' questions and records employee enrollment in benefit programs by performing the following duties.
 
Work Schedule: Flexible hours between working hours of 7AM-5PM
                                     
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Data Entry into company Systems.
  • Benefit Reporting using company Systems.
  • Experience with  Excel with Pivot Tables and various other functions.
  • Strong communication skills – written & verbal.
  • Document Management – Update spreadsheets, scanning, index documents, merge documents using Word & Excel file.
  • Auditing Files  and billing.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish required. 
 
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
 
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience: 
  • High School Diploma or GED; 
  • One year certificate from college or technical school;

  • Ability to write simple correspondence.  
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
 
Certificates, licenses, registrations: 
  • Employee may be required to travel short distances occasionally. 
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to qualify for the company driver program. 
 
Reasoning Ability: 
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.  
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
 
Computer Skills:  To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of E-Mail software, HR Utilities, Basic Internet software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
