We are currently looking for both full-time and part-time ABA Therapists/Behavioral Technician to implement ABA services as designed and supervised by a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

The primary responsibilities of an ABA Therapist include:

  • Building rapport and communicating effectively with clients and caregivers.
  • Implementing all program objectives, current skill acquisition programming, and behavior intervention plan or protocol.
  • Collecting and maintaining data as instructed by supervising BCBA/LBA.
  • Maintaining cultural sensitivity across diverse clientele.
  • Continuously developing understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis and applying information learned in training and during on-site consultations to their work.
  • Communicating needs regarding consultation and feedback to BCBA/LBA on all assigned cases.

All Candidates Must Maintain:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • A current auto insurance policy.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree in a related human service field.

Minimum Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to move easily between sitting and standing. Ability to maintain a safe, supportive environment by quickly responding to clients as needed.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
