Role description: A data analyst collects, cleans, and interprets complex datasets to help organizations make better business decisions. Core responsibilities include data collection, statistical analysis, and creating visual reports, while key requirements typically involve proficiency in SQL, Excel, and a bachelor's degree.
Role accountabilities:
  • Data Collection & Management: Gather raw data from primary and secondary sources, design databases, and maintain data systems.
  • Data Cleaning: Filter, sort, and fix errors or anomalies in datasets to ensure high accuracy and quality.
  • Analysis & Interpretation: Use statistical techniques to spot trends, patterns, and correlations that impact company goals.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Build clear dashboards, charts, and graphs using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Meet with business leaders and internal teams to identify needs and discuss actionable insights. Managing stakeholder expectations and explaining complex numbers simply.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $105,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
