Marketing Analytics Assistant (Part-Time)Position Overview

Impact Scale is seeking a proactive, organized, and creative Marketing Analytics Assistant to support the launch and growth of new client brands. This is a part-time, hybrid position for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thinking outside the box, and using data to make informed decisions.

The ideal candidate is task-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with creative problem-solving. You'll assist with market research, analytics, campaign testing, project coordination, and day-to-day operational tasks while helping bring new client brands to market.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Launch Marketing Support
  • Assist in launching new client brands from concept through execution.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.

  • Support campaign planning, execution, and optimization across multiple marketing channels.

  • Help develop creative ideas and strategies that differentiate client brands.

Analytics Market Testing
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics.

  • Assist with A/B testing, market testing, and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Compile reports and present findings with actionable recommendations.

  • Track project performance and support data-driven decision-making.

Operations Project Coordination
  • Coordinate tasks and timelines to ensure projects remain on schedule.

  • Maintain organized project documentation, spreadsheets, and internal systems.

  • Assist with administrative and operational projects across departments.
