Baltimore, MD (Hybrid: 80% Remote / 20% In-Person) | 20% Paid Admin Time | Full-Time, Part-Time, W2 or 1099

Job Summary

We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to children in the Charlotte, NC area. This hybrid BCBA role offers 80% remote work with limited in-person sessions in homes and schools.

This position is ideal for a BCBA seeking flexibility, strong compensation, and reduced burnout, while still making a meaningful impact.

  • Ensure compliance with BACB standards and ethical guidelines
