For 50 years, The Little Gym has helped millions of kids experience the thrill of achievement, develop new skills, and grow their confidence through gymnastics-based programs (Parent/Child, Pre-K, and Grade School classes) in a clean, fun, safe, and nurturing environment.

  •  Lead classes, birthday parties, and other gym activities with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm
  •  Help children learn through movement, play, and purposeful instruction
What We’re Looking For
  •  A genuine love of working with children — this is non-negotiable
  •  A bubbly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills with both kids and adults
  •  High energy, hustle, and the ability to lead a room
  •  A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
  •  Experience with children is a big plus (teaching, coaching, camps, daycare, nannying, child development, OT, etc.)
  •  Gymnastics, dance, cheer, fitness, athletics, martial arts, or related experience is helpful, but not required
  •  Availability for a consistent weekly schedule
  •  Ability to pass a background check
Schedule: We are hiring for full-time and part-time roles. Our schedule typically includes:

  •  A job that’s active, rewarding, and genuinely fun
  •  The chance to make a lasting impact on children and families
  •  Ongoing training in a proven curriculum and teaching method (backed by American Academy of Pediatrics)
  •  Resume-building experience in child development, teaching, coaching, and leadership
  •  Competitive pay based on experience
  •  Flexible scheduling
  • Opportunities for growth within the business
  • Incentive-based Sales perks (as we reach membership growth goals!)
