Job description

The Retail Sales Associate - Key Holder assists guest throughout the shopping experience. They are responsible for helping customers select items, delivering daily sales results and creating a positive guest experience

What you'll be doing:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Guest Centric Experience:

  • Greeting customers, answering questions, and helping them select products
  • Champions the Starboard Way and models the behavior
  • Portrays a positive image in retail shops to all guests to build trust and credibility
  • Provides informed features and benefits about the products and helps the guest select product
  • Open and close store

Managing Sales Activities:

  • Achieves or exceeds personal sales goals to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Understands the product or services being sold including their features, benefits, pricing and promotions
  • Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs

Operational Excellence:

  • Keeping the store clean and tidy, and supporting visual displays
  • Utilizing retail systems and procedures to enhance selling efficiencies
  • Maintains selling floor presentation
  • Receiving and stocking merchandise, and helping with the store opening and closing process
  • Willing to cross-train and work in all area/locations as required
  • Adheres to company policies and procedures

Education and Experience:

  • 1+ Years' experience in retail or hospitality; luxury guest experience is of
  • Proven track record driving sales performance through business development activities including

  • Minimum high school diploma, associate degree or beyond preferred; studies in retail or hospitality is a plus
