Why This is Important:

In this role, you help ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals receiving services by guiding staff, overseeing medication practices, and supporting compliance with state regulations. • Train and coach staff on medication and provide supports to improve overall health and wellness
  • Conduct occasional site visits to ensure proper documentation and safe practices

  • Contribute to policy improvements and quality assurance efforts

  • Preferred: Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

What Makes This Role Different:

  • Opportunity to make a broad impact across an entire program or division

  • $26.00 - $36.00 per hour (Non-Exempt position).
  • Paid vacation and sick leave.
  • Arrowhead West, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
