What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership and direct nursing care while helping ensure residents receive the highest quality care possible.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct nursing care to residents
  • Supervising and supporting CNAs and QMAs
  • Monitoring resident conditions and responding appropriately to changes
  • Administering treatments and medications as ordered
  • Coordinating care with physicians, pharmacists, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Completing assessments, charting, and required documentation
  • Supporting resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Participating in care planning and quality improvement initiatives
  • Responding to resident, family, and staff concerns
  • Maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Serving as a mentor, teacher, and role model for nursing staff

Most importantly, you'll help create an environment where residents feel safe, valued, respected, and cared for.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN/LPN program. Must have an active license.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with individuals living with dementia, behavioral health challenges, developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, or other specialized populations.

Compensation details: 37.12-39.3 Hourly Wage
