The Freeride Team Coach at Crystal Mountain, Washingtonis responsible fortraining and mentoring young athletes in bigmountain, all-mountain, and competition-focused freeride skiing and snowboarding. This position emphasizes skill development, safety, and mountain awareness while fostering a positive team culture. Coaches create progressive training plans, guide athletes through varied terrain and conditions, and support participation in IFSA-sanctioned events and other competitions. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills, high-level terrain competence, and the ability to inspire confidence and growth in athletes of varying ages and abilities. Weekend and holiday availabilityisrequired.
Set up qualitytrainingenvironments: Transport and install necessary equipment for training, safety & security including closures, signage, training poles/panels,drillsand other.
