Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) - ER & Specialty
Fremont, CA | 24/7 Emergency & Specialty
Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay: $32.00 - $50.00 per hour
Bonus: Eligible for up to a $7,000 signing bonus for full-time employeesNow Hiring RVTs Across Multiple Departments
Beacon Veterinary Specialists is a criticalist-led Emergency & Specialty hospital seeking day-shift and swing-shift RVTs to join our team in:

  • Internal Medicine
  • Surgery

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care for hospitalized and critical patients
  • Perform blood draws, IV catheter placement, and treatments
  • Monitor anesthesia and assist with procedures
  • Run diagnostics (lab work, radiology, ECG, blood pressure)
  • Educate clients and review discharge instructions
  • Maintain accurate medical records and charges
Qualifications
  • Active California RVT license
  • Experience in a veterinary clinical setting (ER or Specialty preferred)
  • Skilled in patient handling and restraint
  • Strong technical and communication skills
  • RECOVER BLS/ALS certification (preferred)
