Are you looking for work to keep you busy? Looking to get out of the house for a few days and explore the Spartanburg/Gaffney, possibly Charlotte region?


If yes, A fantastic opportunity is waiting for you!

Part-time job opening for Medical Courier! Must be able to work approximately 2-3 days per week between the hours of 6:15am to 9:00pm. Applicant must have a clean driving record, submit to background check and be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Courier must be able to provide exceptional customer service, drive safely and abide by all laws on delivery route.


Description of General Technical Duties

  • Ability to learn and follow courier routes.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in an effective manner.
  • Customer oriented manner in dealing with all service issues.
  • Sufficient knowledge of laboratory coverage area to service all accounts with east.
  • Ability to communicate client issues to Supervisor, Manager, or Client Service Representative.
  • Ability to operate the Gajema Scanner in an efficient manner.
  • Ability to handle hazardous material according to safe protocols.

Description of Record Keeping and Clerical Duties

  • Keep record of beginning and ending mileage.
  • Put reports together for each client and prepare tracking.
  • Print and burst requisitions.

Additional Job Duties

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the supplies and be able to pick a packing list.
  • Ability to drive for a long period of time using good ergonomic practices for siting, standing, walking and lifting.
  • Keep vehicle clean inside and out.
  • Learn the basic medical terminology that deals with the couriers.
  • Attend annual safety training and company policies.
  • Maintain compliance with CAP regulations through knowledge of policies and procedures as appropriate.

  • Good level or range and clarity of vision required to read handheld computer screen.
