Job description

Looking for part time bookkeeper and project manager assistant. Bookkeeping job would include paying invoices, processing payroll, providing profit and loss statements and job costing, collections and overall accounting management. Project management assistant would include filing pre liens, submitting product data to contractors, job filing and interaction with customer requests. We are a specialty flooring contractor so construction trade experience would be a plus.
