(Part-Time/Contract)

Location: New Caney, Texas

Position Type: Independent Contractor | Part-Time | Flexible Schedule

About Lee Psychiatry PLLC

Lee Psychiatry PLLC is a newly established outpatient behavioral health practice focused on

compassionate, evidence-based medication management for adolescents and adults. The practice

is led by an experienced Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) seeking a

collaborative physician in accordance with applicable Texas laws and regulations.

Position Summary

Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist licensed in Texas to serve as the

supervising/collaborating physician for our growing outpatient psychiatric practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician collaboration and supervision consistent with Texas law.

• Be available for clinical consultation as needed.

• Participate in periodic chart reviews and quality assurance.

• Collaborate on complex psychiatric cases.

• Support evidence-based psychiatric care and clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Psychiatry residency.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.

• Active, unrestricted Texas Medical License.

• Active Texas DEA Registration with prescriptive authority.

• Eligible for commercial insurance credentialing.

• Professional liability insurance (or ability to obtain coverage).

• Prior PMHNP collaboration experience preferred.

Compensation

$650 per month for physician collaboration/supervision.

• Flexible schedule with minimal time commitment.
