Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Concrete Foreman for a confidential opportunity with a small industrial construction contractor based in Southwest Wisconsin. This role supports field operations across industrial and commercial construction projects, with a strong focus on concrete work and site development.

The Concrete Foreman will lead a small crew and play a hands-on role in project execution, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a small concrete crew on active job sites
  • Oversee daily field operations, workflow, and task coordination
  • Perform hands-on concrete work including forming, pouring, and finishing
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor to support project timelines
  • Read and interpret construction plans, layouts, and specifications
