AAA Club Alliance is seeking an, Part-Time Enrollment Coordinator to support our King of Prussia, PA location!
Location Address: 197 E Dekalb Pike, Ste 350, King of Prussia, 19406

What You'll Do:
As a Part-Time Enrollment Coordinator , you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service while promoting AAA products and services. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Capture biometric data including electronic fingerprints according to the requirements of vendor and state regulations.
  • Verify the applicant's government-issued photo identification documents to ensure they are valid match to the individual prior to providing fingerprinting services.
  • Collect fingerprints and biographic information from Applicants.
  • Scan/transmit applicant information, fingerprints, documentation and biometrics using the computer equipment provided in accordance with program requirements.
  • View and print appointment schedule using web-based application.
  • Complete electronic reporting to vendor of successful completion of transactions, including a unique identifying number assigned.
  • Make and maintain complete and accurate copies of transactions. Protect customers' confidentiality and privacy in accordance with AAA Club Alliance and state specific regulatory requirements.
  • Total quality control review of all applications for completeness, compliance and accuracy.
  • Interface with helpdesk to resolved technical difficulties.
  • Maintain confidentiality and secure customer data.
  • Conducting other administrative duties as needed to support program requirements.
  • Sell and represent AAA products and services in a manner that will build repeat business and generate sales of Membership, Financial Services products and generate Insurance referrals.
  • Use established sales and service techniques to improve member/client retention, to meet or exceed quality standard scores, and to meet established productivity goals.
  • Counsel potential members on the benefits and services of various membership plans with a concentration on selling Plus, Premier and auto renew. Conduct Membership Review for existing members, update and upgrade plans as appropriate and assist the member in understanding the value of their membership.
  • Implement process improvement as needed.

What we are looking for:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred or work experience in lieu of degree.
  • 2 years of previous sales, and/or customer service experience.
  • Must maintain a satisfactory criminal history, as well as meet all state-specific legal requirements for this job.
  • Must complete initial and on-going training and vendor background requirements.
  • Ability to obtain Notary Public designation; if required.
  • Hold a valid driver's license if travel between locations is required.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including problem resolution.
  • Ability to learn, retain and communicate State specific Regulations required to complete client transactions.
  • Ability to successfully complete all required departmental and vendor training workshops
  • Ability to handle multiple activities, requiring the application of a substantial variety of policies and/or procedures to be used in combination.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (oral, written and listening) to enable accurate completion of assignments, proper handling of complex transactions, and constructive interaction with others.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Internet, and competent keyboarding skills to accurately and efficiently complete daily work assignments.
  • Above average computer skills with the ability to conduct basic troubleshooting on hardware and software.
