Location: J.C. Lewis Motor Co. – Pooler and Savannah
Schedule: Wednesdays and Thursdays (16 hours/week)
Pay: $19-20/hour
Bonus: Opportunity to fill in for additional hours during other receptionists' scheduled time off

Do you enjoy helping people and being the welcoming face of a team? We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and organized part-time receptionist to join our dealership family. In this customer-facing role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for the outstanding service we strive to deliver every day. Our part-time receptionist will greet guests at J.C. Lewis Ford Savannah on Wednesdays and J.C. Lewis Ford Pooler on Thursdays, as well as ensure seamless front desk coverage during planned time off for our full-time receptionists.

What You’ll Do:
  • Greet showroom visitors with a warm, professional welcome

  • Direct customers to the correct department and alert team members of their arrival

  • Answer and route phone calls, take accurate messages, and provide basic information

  • Collect customer info using log sheets, CRM, or other systems

  • Enter customer data and generate weekly prospect reports for managers

  • Type memos, reports, and other documents as needed

  • Assist with service traffic during busy morning and evening times

  • Support with general clerical duties and administrative tasks

  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times
