The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an opportunity for a Part Time Showroom Receptionist/Greeter with Rallye BMW! The Showroom Receptionist/Greeter plays an instrumental role in providing a seamless and personalized automotive experience for our clients. Must be an energetic, reliable, motivated individual with prior customer service and/or administrative experience.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating and maintaining a welcoming environment for the showroom
  • Greeting and directing all clients who visit the dealership.
  • Effectively organizing and keeping track of a high volume of paperwork.
  • Handling a variety of clerical duties including: filing, scanning, data entry, etc.

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a receptionist/greeter role. Dealership receptionist experience preferred.
  • Trainable in various computer systems.

  • Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
