Nurse Scheduling Coordinator/ Labor Allocations

The Manor at Blue Water Bay is an award-winning, 5-Star CMS-rated facility located in the beautiful resort area of Blue Water Bay, Niceville, FL. We are seeking a Part time Labor allocations specialist. The days you would be working would be Friday, Saturdays and Sundays around 27-30 hours.

The primary purpose of this position is to plan and coordinate daily schedules for the nursing department. Nurse/CNA scheduling experience is preferred along with the ability to manage budgeting expectations. This person is the liaison and the primary contact for all direct care licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants.  This person must excel at interacting with all employees in an effective, courteous, and confidential manner. Performs other clerical duties in support of administrative nursing functions as designated.  

Qualifications:

•         High School Graduate

•         General knowledge of staffing and payroll related functions

•         Computer skills including EMR, Email and Word/Excel

•         2 Years of /Clinical/Clerical and/or Administrative Support Experience

Physical Demands:

•         Able to be on feet, standing walking for 3-4 hours per day

•         Able to see, hear and communicate adequately

•         Able to carry out fine motor skills

Duties/Responsibilities:

•         Nursing clerical duties: i.e.: Daily Schedule Coordination/Data Entry/Payroll Processing/Calendar Management

•         Prepare forms, correspondence, and communication with families and Residents

•         Assist with Staff Scheduling/Labor Allocations as necessary

•         Assist with other administrative support duties as assigned

•         Understand and follow Company and Center policies and procedures.

•         File various documents.

•         All other duties as assigned.
