Salary: $16.75- $20.30

SUMMARY
Provides fast, friendly, helpful and efficient service to all Price Chopper customers. Responsible for stocking grocery products, pricing the product and ensuring that the aisles and shelves are neat, clean and leveled. Provides excellent customer courtesy and service at all times through maintaining well stocked and accurately priced merchandise to promote an optimal opportunity for sales. May be required to operate register, bag customer orders and fulfill any other front end duties as business needs necessitate.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Consistently work to provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times. Responsible for smiling, making eye contact and thanking customer upon fulfilling customer's request. Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation, according to 5S standards, at all times. Responsible for performing product merchandising functions in the grocery area to include stocking product, pricing and signing within company and state guidelines. Unload warehouse DSD merchandise from trucks. May be responsible for retrieving shopping carts, bagging customer orders and/or running front end register as business needs necessitate. Sweep the floors of the retail unit and clean shelving as necessary. Adhere to all corporate and state regulations regarding sanitation and pricing as it pertains to the grocery department. Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
