MarketplaceSellerFulfillmentSolutions(SFS)providescustomersabroadassortmentofselectionfromthirdpartysellerswhofulfillontheirown.Ourteamiscomprisedofmotivatedprofessionalswholookforopportunitiestocreatethebestpossiblecustomerandsellerexperiences.SFSspansacrossmultiplefunctionalareastoachievethisexcellenceincludingprepurchase,postpurchase,andreturns.
What you'll do:

• Definethelong-termvisionandenterprisestrategyforreturns,refunds,cancellations,fraudprevention,andtransactionexperiences.
• Influenceexecutiveleadersandaligncross-functionalorganizationstodeliverscalablereverselogisticsandtrustinitiatives.
• Shapestrategicinvestmentsusingcustomerinsights,markettrends,riskanalysis,andbusinessstrategy.
• Establishenterpriseoperatingmodelsandgovernancethatimprovecustomersatisfaction,sellertrust,andoperationalefficiency.
• ServeasatrustedadvisortoseniorleadershiponMarketplacetrust,policy,andreverselogisticsstrategy.

Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
