POSITION: Automation & AI Technology Experience Intern

DEPARTMENT: Information Technology

FLSA STATUS: Hourly - Part-time (20-25 hours per week)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Apply LEAN principles and value stream mapping to analyze current technology experience processes and identify automation opportunities
  • Assist in designing and implementing automation solutions to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Support initiatives to shift work to Level 0 through self-service and automated solutions, enhancing overall service delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, increase operational flow, and improve user experience

Education and/or Experience

  • Currently pursuing or recently completing a bachelor's or master's degree in data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Internship or project-based experience working with data, analytics, AI tools, or business strategy
  • Strong interest in enterprise analytics, applied AI, and using data to drive operational decision-making

Skills and Abilities

  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex, loosely defined problems
  • Ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with relational databases

WORKING CONDITIONS

Location: On Site - Frisco, TX or Conshohocken, PA

This internship requires full on-site presence at one of our corporate headquarters, with an expected schedule of 20-25 hours per week.
