This role pays an hourly rate of $26.50 CAD.

Benefits for Part-Time roles: Pension matching.

This position will remain open until August 14, 2026.

  • Oversee suites, clubs, and restaurant spaces to ensure they are clean, organized, and guest-ready.
  • Manage guest flow, seating plans, and suite access during events.
  • Communicate effectively with FOH, BOH, and hospitality and venue management to maintain smooth operations.
  • Supervise event setup, ensure proper stock, equipment readiness, and post-event cleanup.
  • Maintain strong menu and beverage knowledge to support staff and guests.
  • Monitor quality, cleanliness, and service standards throughout all premium areas.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with management on pre-event planning, staff training, and continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support premium operations.

  • Valid Smart Serve certification required.
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in restaurants, suites, catering, or premium hospitality environments are preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead FOH teams and support high-volume service during events.
  • Previous experience in restaurant operations, premium suites, or catering programs is a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
