Job description

Hourly Pay Range:

$28.00 - $43.40 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Radiology Technologist

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Radiology Technologist
  • Sign on bonus: $5,000
  • Location: Evanston
  • Full Time/Part Time: Part time
  • Hours: Fri 10:30pm-9am, Sunday 10:30pm-8am
  • Required Travel: no

What you will do:

  • Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort
  • Perform radiographic exams
  • Review radiographs to ensure optimum quality
  • Complete and submit information and images to RIS in a timely manner

What you will need:

  • License:IEMA licensing required
  • Education:Certificate or Associate's degree from an accredited radiology program
  • Certification:CPRcertification required. ARRT registry eligible required within 1 year of employment
  • Experience:Previous radiology experience preferred
  • Skills:Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required
