Your Role

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager;

In this role, you will:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas
  • Support housekeeping staff and assist with daily tasks
  • Manage and restock linens and guest supplies
  • Provide professional and friendly guest service
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper reporting of issues

In addition to the core job requirements, skill sets and work-related experience, the Houseperson will illustrate the ability and passion to:

What You Bring to the Table

  • High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of guest service and/or housekeeping experience.
  • Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
  • Must be friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
  • Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
