Description
As a Billing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the financial health of our independent pharmacy by managing billing processes, insurance claims and reimbursement procedures. This part-time role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused healthcare environment.
Examples of Duties
  • Manage and submit insurance claims and billing documents accurately and on time
  • Monitor reimbursements, denials, and payment trends
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and communicate with payers for timely collections
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable billing regulations and guidelines
  • Collaborate with pharmacy and administrative staff to optimize workflow efficiency
  • Provide oversight on cashflow for the pharmacy
  • All other duties as assigned
