We are building a talent pool of CNC and Machine Operators to support upcoming manufacturing and production projects. Opportunities may be short-term or long-term and range from entry-level machine operation to highly skilled CNC programming and setup roles.
What You’ll Typically Do:
CNC machine operation (lathe, mill, router, etc.)
Machine setup, calibration, and changeovers
Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
Monitoring production runs and performing quality checks
Adjusting offsets and tooling as needed
Preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting
What We’re Looking For:
Experience as a CNC or machine operator preferred
Previous experience of manufacturing or production environment
Ability to read measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs (varies by role)
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
