Position Title Part Time MS Office, 365 and Google Apps Training Instructors - Spanish Campus Cranford, Elizabeth, Plainfield, and other off campus locations as needed Department Industry-Business Institute Full-time, Part-time, Adjunct Part Time Exempt or Non-Exempt Non-Exempt Regular,Temporary, or Grant Temporary General Description
Assume the responsibilities for the instruction of our MS Office computer workshops to be taught in Spanish. Off-campus work within and around Union County may be required. Course content includes:
  • MS Office 365
  • MS Excel and Word 2019 Level 1, 2 and 3
  • MS PowerPoint 2019 Level 1 and 2
  • Microsoft Access
  • Microsoft Teams
  • MS Outlook
  • Windows 10 and 11
  • Google Workspace - Docs, Drive, Sheets, Slides
  • Cloud Computing
  • Outlook

Not required to teach every topic.
Characteristics, Duties, and Responsibilities
Responsible for classroom instruction.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field required or an equivalent combination of education, industry certification and/or experience to demonstrate core competencies.
