The Grove at Valhalla Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing nursing team. We are a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing exceptional care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes.
  • Perform wound care and other clinical procedures.
  • Supervise CNAs and support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with care plans and facility policies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:
  • Active New York State LPN License.
  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
