Colorado Springs Therapy Center serves a mix of pediatric and adult clients across two outpatient locations, offering a full range of occupational, physical, and speech therapy services in a kind environment. CSTC has been providing excellent care in the Colorado Springs area since 2006 and has been selected as one of the Gazette's Best Workplaces for the last six years.

We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist with an interest or experience in Hand Therapy to join our outpatient team. Whether you're an experienced hand therapist, pursuing your CHT, or looking to develop specialized upper extremity skills, we provide the mentorship, resources, and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

As a Hand Therapy Occupational Therapist, you'll evaluate and treat patients with a wide variety of upper extremity conditions, including:

  • Tendon and nerve injuries
  • Fractures and joint injuries
  • Arthritis and chronic pain conditions
  • Repetitive strain and work-related injuries
  • Custom orthotic fabrication and splinting
  • Scar management, edema control, range of motion, strengthening, and functional rehabilitation
Requirements:
  • Degree from an accredited OT or PT program
  • CHT certification is welcomed but not required
  • Applicants must have an active license to practice therapy in the state of Colorado (or eligible)

  • Passion for making a difference in clients’ lives!

  • Ability to provide therapy, communicate with clients and families regarding care, and complete documentation.

Compensation:

Hourly: Base Pay Range $40.00-$44.00 depending on experience

Salary: Base Pay Range $70,000-$80,000 depending on experience; Bonus Structure Available!
