Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment across a campus setting. This role is essential in supporting a positive learning and working atmosphere for staff and visitors.


Schedule
  • Monday through Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • 20 hours per week (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities
  • Dust high and low reachable areas throughout facilities
  • Clean and disinfect horizontal and vertical surfaces using approved cleaning products
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, including:
    • Toilets, urinals, and sinks
    • Restocking soap, paper towels, and tissue dispensers
  • Sweep, mop, and spot-clean hard surface floors
  • Vacuum and spot-clean carpeted areas
  • Remove trash and cardboard; transport waste to designated outdoor dumpsters
  • Perform light exterior cleaning, including emptying trash at entrances and patios

Work Environment
  • Indoor cleaning of classrooms, offices, corridors, and restrooms
  • Occasional outdoor duties around building entrances and common areas

Qualifications
  • Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
