About the Role:
Estes Handyman LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Part Time Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Myrtle Beach, SC! This is a great opportunity to put your hands-on skills to work in a flexible, part-time role where no two days are exactly the same. This is a part time position in which you will be required to work 1st shift 7am-3:30pm on Saturday and Sunday and 2nd shift 2:30pm-11pm on Thursday and Friday. 
Responsibilities:
  • Perform general maintenance and  repairs
  • Complete tasks such as drywall patching, painting, and fixture installations
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently and effectively
  • Communicate professionally with clients on-site regarding work being performed
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and is completed in a timely manner
  • Clean pool deck, lobby, laundry room and any other areas throughout the shift.

Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Professional, courteous demeanor when interacting with clients
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in various conditions
