Job Description
At Chick-fil-A Citygate, the Overnight Cleaner plays a vital role in preparing the restaurant for success each day. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout the restaurant after business hours. Team Members in this role take pride in creating a spotless restaurant that allows the team to begin each day ready to serve guests with excellence.

- Overnight Shift from 11:00PM to 2:00AM

Overnight Cleaner Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize the dining room, kitchen, restrooms, and common areas according to Chick-fil-A standards.
- Sweep, mop, and maintain all restaurant floors.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and food preparation areas.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed.
- Empty trash and recycling throughout the restaurant.
- Restock cleaning supplies and notify Leadership when inventory is low.
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and ready for the opening team.
- Safely operate cleaning equipment and properly use approved cleaning chemicals.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to Leadership.
- Follow all Chick-fil-A food safety, cleanliness, and security procedures.
- Complete all assigned cleaning checklists before the end of each shift.
- Perform additional cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Consistent and reliable
- Detail-oriented
- Able to multi-task
- Able to manage time effectively and complete tasks within scheduled hours
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Have the ability to lift and carry 25-50 lbs on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Previous professional cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
