  • Experience is helpful, but not required — we provide full training for the right person.
  • Lead House Cleaners should be confident applying training, supporting teammates, and helping guide quality on-site.

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English clearly for communication and training.
  • A strong attention to detail, with a mindset of going the extra mile for clients.

  • Reliability is key — must be ready to start at 7:20 AM sharp and consistently arrive on time.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle with insurance, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
